Cost  is 400Euro

included:
-  48 units of Arabic lessons (1 unit = 45 minutes).
-  Help and care from our teachers in Cairo.
-  ALC Certificate, acknowledged by the Egyptian
    Ministry of Education.

excluded:
-  Flight, food, visas and insurance.-  Accommodation
-  Transportation from the airport to chosen residence ( 25 € )
-  Textbook (35  €)
-  Language level test (30  € ) (not applicable to Zero level beginners =ALC level 1 )

Teaching days: 12 From 9 am to 10:30 AM first 2 units (90 minutes = 2 units),
From 10:30 am to 10:45 break,
From 10:45 am to 12:15 PM ,

2 units (90 minutes = 2 units), 

course attendance agreement (guarantee):

 Minimum number to open a class with the same level is 3 persons (MAX number in one class is 6 persons at the same level),

If the number of participant become 2 , we will reduce the total units from 48 to 36 units.

If the number of participant become 1 , the total units will be reduced from 48 to 16 units.

Our cancellation policies are:1-     You could book your course at least 4 weeks before your starting Date.2-     We will send you the quotation via Email.3-     The Quotation will be valid for 2 weeks only. 4-     After we receive our Full fees via our bank account at least 2 weeks after we send you the quotation, we will send you the invoice and the confirmation 5-     You agree that all fees for ALC in Cairo Services are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your Registration is suspended or terminated" 

 Dates for arriving and departing Accommodation in one of our Student apartments w/ self catering (4 minutes walking from ALC )Arrival one day before our start dates for group course. Departure the next day of our end dates for group courses..

2. Accommodation in one of our Student apartments w/ self catering (4 minutes walking from ALC) 

 in double room 20 Euro per night per person (2 persons- Companion)

  in single room   30 Euro per night 

Accommodation description:

we have 2 apartments belong to our language Center, one for Ladies and the other for gentlemen students. it is a shared and self catering  apartment , furnished with normal Egyptian furniture. The student can choose between double room and single room.
- Our apartments are about 4 minutes waking from the Language Center.
-Every flat has got 1-3 bed rooms and 1-2 bathrooms. Every room is furnished for single student or double and contain bed, table, closet and fan.
- Our apartments is a sharing apartment (from 1 - 6 persons on one apartment) .
- the student will have a kitchen in the flat and they can use the facilities of the kitchen. From 3-7 students can share the kitchen facilities.
- From 3-7 persons can use 2 bathrooms.

- the apartment is furnished including TV, telephone,
fridge, stove and washing machine and  NO air condition  .
- the student do not need to bring own towels, sheets, etc.
-Student does not pay for the bills of electricity, gas and water.
- Every additional day in the flat costs 20 Euro for double room per person and 30 Euro for single room.
- gym , swimming pool, popular restaurants, etc are available near the Language center and residence place.
-the accommodation  located near the Language Center(4 minutes walking).
-Transportation : you can go from our language Center or our accommodation  to any part of Cairo (average about 15 - 30 minutes).-For more details ask for our House Rules before booking. 

Airport pick up:

You will provide us with your arrival information as follows:

We will provide you with our emergency contact person in case if you have any problem or delay.Our tourist agent will meet you inside the customs' hall with your name on a sign and the logo of the Center.
Please inform us immediately in case you have any change in your flight information at any time of the day. 

General information 

1- Please find enclose our program for the year 2009.

2- For group courses we offer intensive Arabic course with 3 weeks only  MSA only for any level.
(4 days per week 16 units per week and total units 48 units per 3 weeks)

3- To have a course more than 3 weeks, we will recommend you our private course (one to one).

4- Our group or private courses (one-to-one) exclude the accommodation.

5- For the private courses (one-to-one) it is available year round from one week up to 4 weeks or more (MSA OR ECA OR both, depend on your level).

6- In our private courses (one-to-one), you can decide your own time and your own material.
We recommend 4 units per day for long period (for more than one month).
you can choose the number of units per day (4, 5 or 6) and the number of weeks.
You can book your private course at least 2 weeks in advance.

08 - Weekend:

Thursday and Friday (our pick up service from the Cairo airport are available during our weekend)
